TIC relaunched our site and offered advice and assistance all the way through the process. They made us aware of the pitfalls of having a ‘flashy’ site and positioned our site with good marketing tools and techniques that increased our profile. We took a long time to get the new site up and running due to a limited availability of our time, we found TIC very patient. Not looking to spend large amounts in the early stage without some indication of a payback, we believe the service is good value for money.

I found the staff at tourist information centres to be extremely helpful and always curtious they would bend over backwards to achieve everything i wanted on my site and the site is amazing it looks great and fits my company image perfectly, It is easy for my customers to use and even easier for me to use when i want to updating products, offer discounts or promote offers and the true beauty of this site and the servce offered by tourism information is that it can grow and develop along with my business.
The ONLY criticism I have and I must say this does seem a bit mean of me is that the staff were put under so much pressure from a heavy work load due to a rather succecfull promotional drive by Tourist Information is that i did have to wait a bit longer for my site to be completed than was initially estimated.
however i am happy to say that the work and support that the staff put in and the end result from the team is absolutely 100% worth it  I know there are cheaper options in the market place for websites and webshops as I did my homework but this taylor made and friendly approach really is great they genuinely do have my business interest at heart.
I would like to take this chance to say thank you very much to all the guys and girls at tourist information for all their help, support & hard work in bringing my business into the computer age.
