Webshop Training

The TIC Webshop Module is easy to use, but don’t worry – our consultants will visit to provide training in your own premises. Ongoing support is available by telephone or e-mail and, if needed, we can always come back for a refresher. If you still feel that this is an area best left to the experts, you might like to use the Webshop Management Service offered by your TIC Webshop Consultant.

Customer Accounts

You can allow the creation of customer accounts within your webshop, which safely saves their personal information and order history, improving customer service and usability.

Newsletters for Customers

You can send out marketing newsletters to customers using their account to remind them of your business and to promote your latest offers or new product ranges. This increases customer loyalty and is a valuable opportunity for encouraging repeat business.

Discount Codes for Customers and Marketing Campaigns

You can issue global discount codes for anyone to use. This is useful for blanket marketing campaigns, affiliate discounting or for loyalty rewards aimed at previous customers. The discount codes can give either a fixed discount or a percentage based total reduction. You can also set a use limit and/or expiry date.

Personal Discount Codes for Customers

You may like to offer special birthday discount codes or to encourage a particular demographic to return. This is made easy using your TIC Webshops admin system.
